    • We will send a report to our engineering team to have a closer look at your account.  For the most efficient problem solving experience, please have the following: 1) Please outline the steps you took that lead you to the error page  2) What are you doing now in terms of how you get to the error page? 3) If possible, kindly send over a screenshot of the page where it says temporarily locked
    • Also include what device or browser you are currently using.
