Team Overview

The Team Overview page allows you to organize your athletes into categories based on sport, position, or athletic category.

This visual tool allows you to quickly assess the status of your athletes. The team summary features watchlist notifications indicating how many athletes are experiencing negative deviations from their normal performance patterns.


Watchlist

The watchlist quickly shows you which athletes have deviated negatively from their performance patterns.


Acute:Chronic Training Load

Beside an athlete’s name is the A:C TL ( Acute:chronic training load) ratio and a notification indicating how many environmental variables have deviated from an athlete’s norm.  

Insights

Iris Coach displays performance trends for each environmental variable which can be viewed from an acute or chronic standpoint.

Iris also provides coaches with insights into an athlete’s genetic predispositions that may be correlated with environmental variables.

Clicking on genetic insights will explain which genetic marker may have effects on a particular environmental variable, which genotype your athlete possesses, and the scientific confidence rating.

Background Gradients

The colour of the gradient in the background of performance trends and environmental variable changes are indicative to the nature of the performance change.

The acute graph provides insight into an athlete’s current performance readiness. Data trends from an athlete’s historical norms give coaches insight into the athlete’s current state.

Understanding Environmental Variable Scores

Scoring for Training Load, Stress, and Soreness are on a similar system. Positive scores indicate a negative or “bad,” change.

Motivation, Mood and Energy are scored differently from the three variables above. Positive scores indicate a positive or “good,” change.

Sleep Score

Sleep is scored with a different system than the other variables. The sleep score is measured on a simple 0% to 100% scale.

Chronic

Iris Coach’s chronic metrics allow coaches to view an athlete’s competition readiness – or statistics pertaining to a specific variable – over a longer period of time.

Solving Chronic Problems: How Genetic Insights Can Help

Chronic data analysis can show a coach how genetic factors can be affecting an athlete’s competition readiness. For instance, if an athlete has been suffering from chronic low energy, it’s possible that the athlete is a poor processor of vitamin b12.

In-Depth Chronic Analysis

Through the use of Iris Coach’s chronic data graphs and insights, a coach is able to pick up on negative trends before they are able to derail an athlete’s progress. Coaches can then make genetically-informed decisions to refine an athlete’s training programs to help them reach their performance goals.

Groups allow you to get rewarded for your data. 
Groups you have been invited to join and share your data with. Private groups you have joined and are currently sharing your data withPublic groups you have joined and are currently sharing your data with. Search for different groups that you would be interested in participating in or gaining rewards from.
